Open the dashboard, go to Apps, press Add on it and apply the change. Or from a terminal on the box:
sudo homebox install cloudWhere to open it

Open it at your box's address with that port — the dashboard links to it directly once it is running.
Good to know
- It serves HTTPS on 8445 with a self-signed certificate — the browser warning on first visit is expected on a LAN address
- Calendar and contacts are CalDAV/CardDAV: iOS and Android sync them natively once you add the account, no Nextcloud app needed
- Redis is not optional here. Without it file locking falls back to the database and large syncs start timing out
